**Aviation Training Fee Refund Policy**

At Goldfinch Aviation, we are dedicated to providing high-quality aviation training programs. To ensure transparency, please review our refund policy below:

**1. Refund Eligibility:**
– Refund requests for aviation training courses may be submitted under the following conditions:
– The request is made in writing to **team@goldfinchaviation.in** within 7 days of the course start date.
– The course or program has not been completed.

**2. Non-Refundable Fees:**
– Application fees, registration fees, and any materials or equipment fees are non-refundable.
– No refunds will be granted for missed classes or if a student does not attend a scheduled course without prior notification.

**3. Refund Process:**
– To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at **team@goldfinchaviation.in** with your registration details.
– All refund requests will be reviewed, and a decision will be communicated within 10 business days.
– Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

**4. Course Cancellation by Goldfinch Aviation:**
– If Goldfinch Aviation cancels an aviation training course, students will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to a future course.

**5. Changes to the Policy:**
– Goldfinch Aviation reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and students will be notified via email.
